Triangle Frenzy Table Topper / Table Runner - Confident Beginner/Intermediate Class

In this class we will learn to use a 60 degree Equilateral Triangle and Border Stripe fabric to create stunning and unique table runner tops! I was able to get 3 different table toppers from my 1 1/2 yards of fabric! This is a super fun class with so many variations to make your Table Runner top unique to you! The $35.00 fee includes YOUR CHOICE of 1 1/2 yards of quilt shop quality border print fabric , the Triangle Frenzy pattern and 3 hours of Instruction! I will have several different border stripe prints available and you will get to choose the one you want to work with.
You will need to bring the following:
1.. Your portable sewing machine. Please ensure you are familiar with operating YOUR sewing machine and can sew an accurate 1/4" seam. (This will improve with practice and I will help you mark it on your machine if you are having difficulty.
2. 50 weight cotton thread. The thread weight will be on the thread label. Please have 2 fully wound bobbins.
4. Small scissors for clipping thread. We will be using rotary cutters and cutting mats to cut our fabrics. I will bring 2 mats and 2 rotary cutters. If you have these items and would like to bring them, please do so.(We may be limited on table space however) I will also bring (2) - 8 1/2" x24" rulers and 1 Equilateral 12" 60degree triangle ruler. If you have one, please bring it. I recommend Creative Grids Rulers.
4. I will bring 2 irons and ironing boards. We may be limited on electrical receptacles, but you can bring your iron if you would like. I do recommend using a spray starch. I usually use Best Press.
5. Post-it notes and a pencil. We will use the post it notes to label our cut fabric AND to mark your 1/4 seam allowance on your machine.
6. Straight pins - small or flat head.
7. Seam Ripper
8. Pin cushion (optional)
Please include your email when signing up so I may contact you if necessary. We may have a follow up class if we do not complete our table runner top during class.
